For blanks like pens or notebooks, there is a 7 day return policy from date of received package. Customer provides return shipping. There is no restocking fee, and final sale items are excluded.

For any personalized items, we do not offer returns but if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the print for example, we would be happy to redo the order or, if you are local we would attempt a repair first then a redo.

If item arrived damaged by the carrier, please file a claim first and then email us at services@breezeteesllc.shop
